How much does a small-business website cost?

Our websites are priced by scope, with a clear, fixed quote before any work begins. A focused 1-page site is $899, a multi-page site (up to about five pages) is $1,499, and an online store starts from $2,499. You can add managed hosting for $89 a month on any site. No hidden fees and no surprises.

Do I need to be technical?

Not at all. You tell us what is going on and drop in your photos, and we handle the rest. Everything comes back for a simple yes or a "change this." There is nothing to install and no dashboard to learn.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Monthly plans like managed hosting and Keep It Current are month to month with 30 days notice. One-time builds, including the Local SEO setup, are billed 50% up front and 50% at launch. Real-estate listing kits are a flat price per listing with no retainer.

Who owns my website and accounts?

You do, always. Your domain, website, ad account, and Google Business Profile are yours. We operate them on your behalf and hand everything back if you ever leave.

How fast is turnaround?

Most content, like a listing kit or a folder of photos and updates, comes back in about 3 to 5 business days. Bigger one-time work like a new website or a campaign takes 7 to 10. You can send us things whenever you have them; there is no monthly batch to wait for.

Do you build online stores?

Yes. We build ecommerce sites with products, a cart, and secure checkout, starting from $2,499. Because every catalog is different, we quote the exact price to your situation on a quick call.

Do you do SEO and ads?

Yes, on request. Local SEO is a one-time $249 setup added to any website build: we claim and optimize your Google Business Profile, build consistent citations, and tune your on-page local SEO. Ongoing rank and review monitoring comes with the Keep It Current plan. Paid Google or Meta ads are available as an add-on, quoted to your situation and suggested only when they will pay off.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

All kinds of local businesses: shops, restaurants, service pros, tattoo artists, real estate agents, and more. The same simple process works for any of them. We are based in Wilmington, IL and serve the Will, Grundy, and Kankakee county area.

What is the difference between a listing kit and Listing Kit Pro?

The $175 listing kit covers the essentials: a walkthrough video, enhanced photos, a flyer, and a social carousel. Listing Kit Pro ($349) adds the full marketing push: a single-property landing page, vertical Reels and Stories video, a Just Listed and Just Sold post pack, MLS-ready and social copy, and a seller marketing report you can hand your client.

How do payments work?

Monthly plans bill in advance through Stripe and renew automatically. One-time work is a 50% deposit to start and the balance at launch. You always get a clear, fixed quote first.
